Chapter 3 Whispers

In order to try to enter the Fullmoon Fountain you are asked by the Star Sibyl to charge the Moon Bauble with the 6 primary elements, you must visit these locations before you are able to activate the towers to get inside the Inner Horutoto Ruins.

Each location will have the whisper at a ??? sparkly spot in the zone.

After collecting the whispers you will head to the Towers in the order listed to activate gizmos in order to get to the Inner Ruins.
