In order to try to enter the Fullmoon Fountain you are asked by the Star Sibyl to charge the Moon Bauble with the 6 primary elements, you must visit these locations before you are able to activate the towers to get inside the Inner Horutoto Ruins. | |||

In order to try to enter the Fullmoon Fountain you are asked by the Star Sibyl to charge the Moon Bauble with the 6 primary elements, you must visit these locations before you are able to activate the towers to get inside the Inner Horutoto Ruins.
